Bad Reviews on Season 7 for Once Upon a Time

Enter Hook. Gothel disguises herself as Rapunzel and seduces him in order to carry a child. I'thou sorry, but using a false identity to trick someone into bed to bear a kid is something I couldn't tolerate with Zelena. And it is something I will non tolerate with Rapunzel and Hook.
Once Upon a Fourth dimension is ripe with powerful, clever women. Is the series trying to make a statement about them using their ability in deceitful and despicable ways? If so, stop making them out to be characters we should have empathy for. In terms of repeating storylines, this is the worst offender.
Keeping Robert Carlyle around is also proving difficult for the series. As Weaver, the grumpy detective seems to but appear every bit a lackey. Instead of moving forward, we are witnessing a version of Rumpelstiltskin who casually tosses lines about Baelfire and his lost life to remind us of his relevance to the current story.
